we are the future

We are the future
with our spikes and chains,
our baggy pants,
And unused brains

We are the future
With our belly shirts,
Hooker boots,
In mini skirts

We are the future
with our torn up jeans,
our rude t-shirts,
Wearing diamond rings

We are the future
With our high dollar clothes,
our rap music,
Pink polished toes

We are the future
And our parents hope and pray
That we'll all grow out
Of this someday

stand up..........

Today, I was talking to one of the closest person in my life…….with whom I can just talk about anything and everything, we were discussing about our imaginings, plans, expectations, and our country INDIA.
It was great to discern that we both had some widespread thoughts about our country. We both were among those hardly any Indians who wanted to stand for grounds for betterment of our country. And that tête-à-tête with him inspired me to write this post.

We have often heard people saying that NOTHIN CAN BE DONE ABOUT INDIA or THE SYSTEM IN INDIA IS NOT GOOD, or many such talks. But did we ever sense that its actually very trouble-free to censure system or blame system, but what have we done for our country?????
What is a system basically? Who is responsible for making this system? System compromises of what all factors? How it works? How many of us really know the answers of all these questions and how many of us who doesn’t know will try to find out the answers after reading this blog???????The answer will I guess stand next to negligible
. THIS IS INDIA.
There are many causes for which one can easily stand, but no one desires to get caught up in such things as far as he is getting food to eat n money to fritter for his luxuries.
Recalling an incidence, I went to buy some books few days back; the shopkeeper was giving me a polythene bag.
I refused to take it. He asked me why, I said I will carry books in my hand and even you should stop using it. The person giggled; obviously nothing else is expected from him. But to my surprise, my friend who accompanied me at that shop, said, that if you wont take the bag how will u carry books, c’mon, one person not using a plastic bag cant make any difference. I dint say anything, because this was certainly not expected from her. But I stuck to my decision. After few days I found her aping me and not using that plastic bag. Was glad to see that one of my actions did make a difference.
The same way, there are many cause which needs help but people just don’t stand up because they think why do get complex in such kind of stuff. It’s better to take pleasure in life.
Have u ever anticipated if Gandhi and other, our national leaders would have thought like this, would our country have got freedom? Even they were alone in the beginning.
Some one has to take the initiative rather than just sitting and inspecting every wrong need and blaming the system. Someone has to commence it somewhere. It’s our country and we r proud citizens. But let’s make our country sense that we made it proud as well to make a part of itself. STAND UP………….IT HAS TO START SOMEWHERE.,THEN Y NOT NOW????????
